Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10 years of experience in the field.
• Secret security clearance required.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate standard business software (MS Office).
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with DRRS responsibilities in accordance with DoD guidance.
• Develop/maintain readiness dashboards and training curricula.
• Collaborate with N3 in planning and validation of training plans and actions.
• Support the N3 Department in data collection and reporting.
• Meet Lautenberg Amendment requirements.
