Air Education and Training Command in Randolph AFB is seeking a candidate to plan, develop, and validate Readiness Training supporting the deployed mission of Force Support personnel. You will research materials, assess program effectiveness, and sample needs from students, instructors, and commanders.
The role represents the Readiness Branch with diverse organizations, builds strong working relationships with the Air Staff and major commands, and requires a Secret security clearance.
Plans, develops and validates Readiness Training supporting the deployed mission of Force Support personnel. Gathers and develops information by researching factual materials through available sources including AFI and subject-matter experts. Assesses Program effectiveness. Consistently assesses overall program effectiveness by sampling student, instructor, and commanders' needs, validating suggestions and complaints.
Represents AFPC Personnel Operations Division and Readiness Branch with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with the Air Staff, MAJCOMs, AFPAAS Development Agencies, Military Personnel Flights and PERSCO Teams.
This job does not have an education qualification requirement or applicable education substitution for experience.

The posted pay range is $90823 – $118072/yr.
This position is eligible for telework.
This position requires a Secret security clearance.
