Job summary

Inflow NS in Universal City, TX seeks a Training Analyst to manage data and information for readiness training and related programs. You will coordinate schedules for training meetings, track milestones, and maintain courseware data for senior leaders.

The role requires a Secret clearance, 1 year of USAF MAJCOM staff experience, and subject matter expertise in USAF training operations. You will work with government civilians and contractors on USAF readiness initiatives, ensuring data integrity

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 1 year of Air Force MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer experience.
• Subject matter expertise on USAF MAJCOM staffing and training operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage data and information related to readiness training and other assigned training programs.
• Coordinate schedules and timelines for training meetings, councils and conferences, and manage minutes and action items.
• Identify and manage milestones and schedules for each lesson for courseware.
• Provide file plans to manage data, information, and courseware for easy access for senior leaders.
• Collect, organize, maintain, and interpret large amounts of data across multiple platforms.
• Test software and website functionality.
• Cross-reference software functionality with manuals and procedures.
• Develop and maintain databases for internal processes and external campaigns.
• Maintain data integrity through fact checking and proofreading.
• Research tactical topics, including student demographics.
• Track and monitor the success of training efforts.
• Maintain large data sets for internal and external functions.
