Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Readiness Services Consultant to join the Retainer Management team and help customers maximize their CrowdStrike Services investment. You’ll work as a strategic partner, aligning security objectives with program scope and outcomes.

In this role you will manage senior-level relationships, coordinate with Sales and Delivery, and drive preparedness through education, planning, and optimization of services, all within a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity services including incident response, customer success, or advisory consulting.
• Proven track record managing senior-level relationships in technical environments.
• Strong project coordination with emphasis on customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and incident response considerations.
• Proven experience using AI to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with Services retainer customers.
• Drive customer preparedness through education and strategic planning.
• Coordinate with Sales and Delivery to align needs with capabilities.
• Execute account reviews, documentation, and service scoping.
• Develop and maintain customer success plans with next steps.
• Contribute to program enhancements and best practices.
• Support pipeline growth through strategic account expansion.
