Responsibilities

• Contact former and inactive Pest Plus customers using provided customer lists.
• Re-engage customers who previously canceled or stopped using Pest Plus services.
• Understand the reason a customer left and tailor the conversation accordingly.
• Present promotions, discounts, and service incentives to encourage customers to return.
• Research property information to support accurate offers.
• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of Pest Plus services.
• Ask for and encourage customer reviews when appropriate, including offering service credits when applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-up opportunities.
• Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Meet activity and sales goals while maintaining a professional customer experience.
