Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for midlife and menopause transitions. As an independent contractor, you set your own schedule and provide nutrition counseling through secure telehealth visits.

You will join a multidisciplinary team with a dedicated medical provider and therapist, receiving scheduling support and access to AI-assisted documentation tools to streamline charting while focusing on patient outcomes.

Competenze

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD/Nutritionist with a license in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Mansioni

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients experiencing midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team—including the patient’s dedicated medical provider and therapist—to ensure a cohesive, holistic care plan that drives superior patient outcomes.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program format to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes, manage symptoms, and enhance overall well-being.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition changes, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.
