Job summary
Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver compassionate virtual nutrition care to patients navigating midlife and menopausal transitions. You will conduct one-on-one video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients over multi-week programs, applying evidence-based nutrition therapy focused on metabolic health and bone and gut health.

Qualifications
- National RD or RDN with a US state license
- Minimum of 2 years evidence-based nutrition counseling
- Ability to commit at least 10 patient-facing hours per week
- Comfort with telehealth platforms, video visits, and EMR
- Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits delivering nutrition care
- Collaborate with multi-specialty care team to create holistic care plans
- Engage patients in multi-week programs to support lifestyle changes
- Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone/gut health
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Uphold privacy and compliance standards for Pomelo visits
