Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice offering specialized nutrition care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. As a Dietitian, you will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs to improve metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.

You will work as an independent contractor with flexible scheduling, support for documentation, and access to AI tools for charting.

Qualifications

National RD/RDN certification with license to practice in any US state.
Candidates licensed in multiple states are encouraged to apply.
Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
Able to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
Comfort with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
Strong clinical independence and excellent communication, with a collaborative multidisciplinary mindset.

Responsibilities

Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife to menopausal patients.
Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
Partner with patients over multi-week programs to support lifestyle changes.
Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic, bone, and gut health.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all Pomelo visits.
