Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to provide expert virtual care for perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will deliver one-on-one nutrition care via synchronous video visits and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive, holistic care plan.

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification with a license to practice in any US state.
• Candidates licensed in multiple states encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.
