Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopause transitions. You will set your own schedule within a multi-specialty care model, delivering cohesive care with a dedicated medical provider and therapist via telehealth.

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD or RD/NRD with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative multidisciplinary mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive, holistic care plans.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.
