Job summary
Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver evidence-based virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions. You’ll set your own schedule as part of a multi-specialty care model, delivering cohesive care in coordination with medical providers and therapists.
As a 1099 independent contractor, you will conduct synchronous video visits, uphold clinical and privacy standards, and contribute to a patient-centered, data-driven practice focused on metabolic
Qualifications
- National RD certification with license to practice in any US state.
- Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
- Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
- Comfort with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
- Strong independent clinical judgment with collaborative multidisciplinary mindset.
Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits for one-on-one nutritional care during midlife and menopausal transitions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure cohesive care plans and outcomes.
- Engage patients in multi-week programs to foster sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone health, and gut health.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with privacy standards.
