Pomelo Care is expanding its team of registered dietitians to deliver specialized virtual care for midlife and menopausal transitions. As a remote, independent contractor, you’ll conduct video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, and guide patients through multi-week programs to improve metabolic and bone health, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be nationally certified as RD or RD/Nutritionist (CDR) with a US-state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR systems.
• Strong clinical independence with a collaborative, multidisciplinary mindset.

Responsabilités

• Conduct synchronous video visits to deliver one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to create cohesive care plans.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
