Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver virtual care for midlife and menopausal transitions. You will conduct telehealth visits, collaborate with a dedicated medical team, and guide patients through multi-week lifestyle programs to improve metabolic and bone health.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD/Nutritionist (RDN) with a license to practice in any US state.
• Candidates licensed in multiple states are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication skills with a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients experiencing midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan that drives outcomes.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program format to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition changes, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.
