Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions. You will conduct synchronous video visits and collaborate with a dedicated medical provider and therapist to deliver a cohesive care plan.

You will lead patients through multi-week programs, focusing on metabolic health, bone and gut health, while maintaining compliant documentation and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) with a state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset with multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure a cohesive care plan and outcomes.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy, clinical, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
