Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks a Quality & Performance Coordinator to support QA, audits, and performance improvement across Revenue Cycle Management. You will analyze performance trends, document findings, and partner with operations to improve accuracy and compliance. This is a remote role with the ability to sit in any US locality.

Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $28.00 hourly with potential bonus. Reporting to the Quality & Performance Improvement Manager, you will work across Benefit

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• Experience in AR, billing, denials, payment posting, or eligibility/benefits.
• Prior QA, auditing, or training experience preferred.
• Behavioral Health RCM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA audits across RCM functions including benefit verification, charge capture, payment posting, denial handling, and AR follow-up.
• Track performance metrics and analyze audit data to identify trends and improvements.
• Support development of scorecards and dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Provide actionable insights to operational leaders to improve first-pass resolution and reduce rework.
• Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions or training interventions.
