Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Quality & Performance Coordinator to support QA, audit and performance improvement across Revenue Cycle Management.

Reporting to the Quality & Performance Improvement Manager, this role conducts audits, analyzes performance trends, identifies gaps, and partners with operational teams to improve accuracy, compliance and efficiency in Benefit Verification, Cash Posting, Denials and AR.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• Experience in AR, billing, denials, payment posting, or eligibility/benefits preferred.
• Prior quality assurance, auditing, or training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured QA audits across RCM functions including benefit verification, charge capture, payment posting, denial handling, and AR follow-up.
• Evaluate work for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Document audit findings, error types, and trends using standardized scoring tools.
• Identify recurring issues, process breakdowns, and training gaps.
• Escalate high-risk findings or systemic issues to leadership.
