Job summary

Donato Technologies Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Program Director to lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations across facilities, including patient access, HIM, coding, billing, A/R, and denials.

The role drives strategy to optimise financial performance while maintaining compliance and audit readiness. The Director will partner with senior leadership and payers, manage complex Medicaid/Medicare billing, and guide technology optimisation within Epic systems to improve

Qualifications

• Knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle operations (access, HIM, coding, billing, A/R, denials).
• Experience leading enterprise revenue cycle teams with managers and specialized staff.
• Ability to develop and execute revenue cycle strategy aligned with financial and compliance goals.
• Experience managing KPIs such as A/R days, denial rate, clean claims, and net collections.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, HIPAA, state regulations, and payer policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for all end-to-end revenue cycle operations across facilities.
• Drive strategy to optimise financial performance and cash flow while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee audit readiness and internal controls for revenue cycle processes.
• Lead technology optimisation, analytics, automation, and reporting within Epic and related systems.
• Partner with senior leadership, payer organisations, and cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals.
