Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager/Director of RevOps to own and scale our revenue cycle engine for a pediatric chronic care platform.

You will lead the RevOps team, partner with Credentialing, Contracting, Patient Support, and Finance, and drive end-to-end processes from contracting to collections. The role demands 5–7+ years in revenue cycle with leadership experience, plus proven ability to optimize billing, denials, and reconciliations in a fast‑growing virtual care

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of total revenue cycle experience, including 2-3+ years managing a team in a billing/RCM or similar operations function.
• Experience across commercial, Medicaid, and self-pay payer types with understanding of differences in billing, denial, and collections.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment, adapt to ambiguity, and drive impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the RevOps team, coaching and scaling.
• Own payer contracting strategy and enforce loaded terms across systems.
• Set billing accuracy standards and monitor clean-claim rates.
• Own denials end-to-end, analyze trends, and drive root-cause fixes.
• Drive cross-functional resolution with Patient Support, Provider Operations, Growth and Product teams.
• Oversee reconciliation of ERA/EOB and claims-related bank activity, manage collections and A/R aging.
• Support month-end close with Finance and denial reporting.
• Be the go-to expert on revenue cycle performance for stakeholders.
• Build scalable processes, tooling and documentation in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
