Oasis Health Partners seeks a seasoned Director of Revenue Cycle Management to own the full revenue cycle for MSO clients, from coding and submission through denials management and AR follow‑up. You will lead a large, distributed team, ensure coding quality and payer relationships, and deliver monthly financial results to clients.

You will drive improvement initiatives, optimize workflows in athenahealth and eClinicalWorks, and represent the RCM function to Oasis leadership.

Formación

• 10+ years in medical coding and billing across full revenue cycle.
• Deep knowledge of payor contracts, reimbursement methodologies, and denial/appeals processes.
• Experience with provider credentialing and payer enrollment.
• Experience with EMR and practice management systems.
• Experience preparing and presenting practice financial reports and analyzing performance.
• Demonstrated leadership of large coding or billing teams, ideally remotely.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a secure home workspace and reliable internet.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all revenue cycle functions for MSO clients, including coding, submission, payment posting, denials management, and AR follow‑up.
• Develop and monitor KPIs (days in A/R, clean claim rate, denial rate, net collection rate, first‑pass resolution).
• Identify leakage and implement improvements to raise collections and reduce write‑offs.
• Prepare monthly client financial reports on charges, collections, adjustments, denials, aging, and payor mix.
• Lead and mentor a large distributed team of coders and billing staff.
• Oversee payor contracts, credentialing, and provider enrollment; escalate payor disputes as needed.
• Serve as senior client liaison, presenting results and recommendations to Oasis leadership.
• Utilize EMR/PM systems (athenahealth, eCW) to optimize workflows and billing configuration.
• Ensure HIPAA and payer compliance; support audits.
