Compass Revenue Solutions seeks a Facility Onboarding & Payer Relations Manager to oversee benefits verification, onboarding, credentialing and payer contracting for behavioral health services. You will lead VOB workflows, manage provider/facility documentation, and coordinate with the RCM Director on strategic initiatives and problem accounts.

The role requires strong leadership, contractor management, and deep knowledge of payer rules across commercial and government payers, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle with at least 3 years in credentialing, payer contracting or managed care.
• 3+ years managing people, including supervisors or team leads.
• Hands‑on knowledge of VOB, prior authorization and medical necessity rules for commercial and government payers.
• Track record of negotiating or renegotiating payer contracts.
• Working knowledge of CAQH, NPPES, PECOS and payer credentialing portals.

Responsabilités

• Lead Verification of Benefits (VOB) leadership and workflow from inquiry to completion.
• Coach and evaluate VOB staff; manage onboarding paperwork for providers and facilities.
• Maintain contracts and fee schedules, and support payer negotiations and renewals.
• Oversee credentialing, recredentialing and special projects with the RCM Director.
• Report monthly on VOB volume, credentialing status, contract pipeline and expirations.
