Job summary

Omega Healthcare is seeking a Supervisor of Payment Compliance to lead revenue cycle management and payor reimbursement strategies. You will direct a team, analyze contract proposals, and ensure accurate payments across all payors while maintaining strong payor relationships.

The role emphasizes collaboration with affiliates, staying current with regulations, and mentoring staff to improve processes and outcomes in claims processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in revenue cycle management or a similar role.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to build relationships.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; knowledge of healthcare regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and expertise in revenue cycle management and payor reimbursement strategies.
• Analyze contract proposals and collaborate on payor projects for optimal reimbursement.
• Oversee the accuracy of payments received from all payors and resolve any payment issues.
• Manage relationships with payors, ensuring a collaborative approach to claims processing accuracy.
• Schedule and lead meetings with payors to discuss payment-related matters and track issues to resolution.
• Escalate complex payment issues to Payor Innovations for further assistance and resolution.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance in revenue cycle management.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and expertise.
• Collaborate with system services and affiliates to align on payment compliance and revenue cycle goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on payment compliance and revenue cycle performance.
