You will collect patient data, assess eligibility, and guide patients and referral sources through the intake process ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

Ideal candidates have experience in healthcare intake, strong communication skills, and familiarity with payer portals such as Availity or NaviNet.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in healthcare intake or front-end Revenue Cycle Management.
• Experience with intake, eligibility verification, and scheduling.
• Familiarity with payer portals and HIPAA/privacy requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound patient and referral inquiries and determine service eligibility.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits in real time with payer portals.
• Schedule patients for services and coordinate with clinical and billing teams.
• Maintain accurate intake documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
