Job summary

The Auctus Group LLC is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead onboarding and integration of dermatology and plastic surgery practices in a remote setting. You will drive end-to-end implementation, oversee the revenue cycle components, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth go-live and ongoing stability.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in medical billing and RCM, strong project management skills, and deep knowledge of payer rules and denial processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical billing and revenue cycle management experience.
• Strong knowledge of dermatology and/or plastic surgery billing (highly preferred).
• Proven experience managing implementations, onboarding, or process transitions.
• Deep understanding of payer rules, denials/appeals, and verification workflows.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new practices, including system setup and go-live support.
• Serve as the RCM subject matter expert, ensuring accurate and optimized billing processes.
• Oversee all revenue cycle areas: charge capture, coding, denials, A/R follow-up, patient billing.
• Partner with Billing, Coding, BI, Training, and Operations to ensure onboarding success.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to payer setup, credentialing, and workflows.
• Ensure proper configuration and use of billing systems (ProCollect, EMRs, clearinghouses).
• Develop and document standardized implementation processes and best practices.
• Provide post-go-live support and performance monitoring to ensure stability.
