Job summary

AMSURG is seeking an Insight Practice Management Implementation Specialist for a remote-first role with up to 50% travel. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, workflow assessments, planning, training, and go-live support for Ambulatory Surgery Centers and related entities.

The role requires coordinating with Revenue Cycle and Operations, creating user documentation, and performing testing and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of professional healthcare experience required.
• Direct experience with NextGen PM version 5.8+ is required.
• Thorough understanding of ambulatory surgery center revenue cycle workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of NextGen PM and related systems for assigned sites.
• Coordinate multiple projects with high quality standards within AMSURG’s platform.
• Provide training materials and end-user training for ASC, CBO and corporate users.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle teams to optimize deployments and ensure successful go-lives.
