Qualifications

• 1–2 years of medical billing experience.
• Familiarity with payer portals and claim lifecycles.
• Dermatology billing experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined set of client accounts and monitor billing questions and health of accounts.
• Support senior account managers on larger practices; prepare summaries and track items.
• Research and resolve claim statuses across major payers and analyze denial codes.
