Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). You will manage client implementations, configure the Raintree platform for optimal billing and clinical workflows, and coordinate EDI/clearinghouse activities.

You will train client teams and serve as the primary client contact during the project. Applicants should have strong RCM, billing, and project management skills, with knowledge of therapy-related billing (PT/OT/ST) as a

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management and medical billing workflows.
• Direct experience with RCM implementations and project management.
• Knowledge of clearinghouse operations and ERAs is a plus.
• Therapy billing knowledge (PT/OT/ST) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of client implementations for new and existing clients.
• Configure the Raintree application for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze client billing operations and payer setups for optimal AR and clean claims.
• Lead setup and testing of electronic claim submission and remittance.
• Coordinate data conversion, interfaces, and EDI/clearinghouse timelines.
• Train client billing teams and manage client escalations.
• Maintain client satisfaction and communication throughout the project.
