Jaan Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Consultant for a remote, 1-month contractor assignment. You will audit claims, verify CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM coding, and assess payer requirements to optimize reimbursement.

Travel to client sites is up to 20% as assigned, reporting to the Senior Director, Managed Services. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, strong CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM expertise, and hands-on claims auditing experience with Epic, Oracle

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, insurance billing, medical coding, claims auditing, or reimbursement consulting.
• In-depth experience with Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, or other EHR and billing platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer billing requirements.
• Proven ability to audit claims, identify coding errors, and resolve reimbursement discrepancies.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed audits of medical claims, billing records, coding, and supporting clinical documentation.
• Evaluate end-to-end billing workflows, including charge capture, claims submission, denials, and payment reconciliation.
• Serve as a billing and reimbursement subject matter expert for Phamily's healthcare system clients.
• Develop standardized claims audit procedures, QA controls, and billing best practices.
