Job summary

Office Practicum seeks a Client Services Specialist to oversee revenue cycle for assigned clients and drive KPI targets, retention, and time to revenue. The CSS will serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the practice and the Sutherland Global RCM team.

The CSS is responsible for owning client relationships related to the revenue cycle, driving revenue improvements for practices, providing guidance and education to the Sutherland team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of full cycle RCM, EMR, and customer service experience.
• CPT and ICD10 knowledge required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic advisor relationships with clients to understand billing requirements and goals.
• Provide insight on financial health and guide solutions to improve the revenue cycle.
• Present business reviews to communicate financial health and identify improvement opportunities.
• Report denial trends and recommend process improvements to prevent future denials.
• Serve as primary client contact and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
• Authorize workflow changes with significant financial impact to clients.
