You will partner with Client Success Managers and internal teams to optimize revenue cycle outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, root cause analysis, and proactive client-facing collaboration to ensure efficient operations and high-quality support for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in billing and collections management for healthcare.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Proven ability to analyze denial trends and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise client AR/billing operations and ensure revenue cycle efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis on denials and variances; drive corrective actions.
• Coach and develop team, manage workloads, and ensure timely reporting and SLAs.
