Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Client Services Executive to drive executive communications and relationship management for outsourced revenue cycle clients. You will oversee service delivery, resolve issues, and maximize ROI while coordinating with hospital executives at the C-suite level.

You will lead regular meetings, monitor critical metrics, and advocate for clients across Optum operations, ensuring satisfaction and growth in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ operational expertise in revenue cycle hospital departments.
• 10+ years familiarity with Hospital Information Management systems.
• 5+ years working with senior level C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with hospital executives and understand objectives.
• Act as client advocate resolving concerns with Optum operations.
• Monitor and report trends in key client metrics and performance.
• Maintain regular meetings with hospital executives and prepare agendas.
• Review, summarize and distribute routine client reports.
• Coordinate client change orders when services are identified/not provided.
• Support semi-annual client satisfaction surveys and NPS initiatives.
• Understand payer dynamics and AR resolution challenges.
