Responsibilities

• Drives commitment to quality service to internal and external customers by meeting or exceeding metrics.
• Monitors and supports teammates daily, provides leadership with metrics updates.
• Leads high productivity and ensures quality work across the team.
• Coaches team for time management, organization, and metrics.
• Manages client AR metrics, dashboards, and month-end processes.
