The role emphasizes training, quality evaluations, and HIPAA compliance. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in medical billing/RCM with supervisory experience, advanced knowledge of UB-04 and CPT/ICD-9, and strong MS Office

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of medical billing/RCM experience with supervisory exposure.
• Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB, A/R, CPT, and ICD-9 codes.
• Experience with outpatient mental health payors and commercial payors (Medicare regulations and HIPAA).
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication; organizational skills.
• Legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
• Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity and humility with diverse backgrounds.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and lead RCM staff daily.
• Complete monthly quality evaluations and monitor scheduling.
• Maintain workload balance, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Train, develop and motivate team members to raise skills and attitude.
• Review requests, emails, messages, calls, and account research; ensure timely documentation.
• Attend meetings and document agendas and notes.
• Protect PHI and Patient Identifiable Data with discretion and confidentiality.
