Job summary

TRIARQ Health seeks a Revenue Cycle Manager, Client Performance to oversee post-sale client success and optimize revenue cycle outcomes. The role blends RCM leadership with client advisory responsibilities, driving process improvements and KPI attainment across practice accounts.

You will work with payer policy, CMS guidance, and denial trends, translating findings into actionable recommendations while coordinating cross-functional teams to improve client satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of medical billing management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Client Performance and Process Improvement: develop and implement practice-specific process improvements and monitor performance.
• Analysis and Reporting: analyze claim-level data and generate standard monthly reports and executive summaries.
• Payer Policy and Regulatory Research: review payer policies, CMS guidance, and fee schedules to determine denial resolution paths.
• Relationship Ownership: maintain high levels of client satisfaction and lead strategic planning with clients.
