Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of medical billing management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field, or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to analyze large claim-level data.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor billing team performance to meet post-sale goals.
• Analyze claim-level data to identify root causes of denials and A/R trends.
• Produce monthly reports and executive summaries for physicians and administrators.
• Research payer policy and CMS guidance to resolve denial trends and inform clients.
