Job summary

Tree Top is seeking a Raw Fruit Account Manager, FP & GS in Washington state (Yakima/Tri-Cities area) to procure fruit from growers and packers to support production and sourcing strategies. This remote role requires living in WA and coordinating with Logistics and Production Planning.

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with growers, packers, and suppliers, drive priorities to completion, hold suppliers accountable, and resolve issues independently.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in agriculture, horticulture, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in procurement, supply chain, or operations.
• Driver's license required.
• Washington produce buyer's license preferred; California license required.

Responsibilities

• Procure fruit from growers and packers to support production and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with growers, packers, and suppliers.
• Coordinate fruit supply with Logistics and Production Planning to meet plant needs.
• Hold suppliers accountable while maintaining productive business relationships.
• Communicate effectively in high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
