Job summary

Tree Top, based in Washington, is seeking a Raw Fruit Account Manager to procure fruit from growers and packers to support production needs and sourcing strategies. You will build solid relationships with growers, packers, and suppliers while coordinating fruit supply with Logistics and Production Planning.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in procurement or supply chain in agriculture or food manufacturing, holds a BA/BS, and can work independently, take initiative, and drive issues through

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred in agriculture, horticulture, business or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations in an agricultural, food manufacturing, or business environment.
• Driver's license required; must meet Tree Top's driving insurance requirements.
• Washington produce buyer's license preferred; California license required.
• SQF and GAP certification knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with growers and packers.
• Take initiative and independently drive priorities through completion.
• Hold suppliers responsible while maintaining productive business relationships.
• Communicate effectively in high‑pressure situations and maintain confidentiality.
• Gain cooperation through discussion and persuasion; resolve conflicts and negotiate.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and organize, plan, and execute.
