Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited is seeking a Rare Disease Business Manager (RDBM) for a US territory, including NC with virtual/remote work. You will execute sales plans, educate HCPs on narcolepsy type 1, and drive patient access post-approval.

You will collaborate with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to build relationships with sleep specialists, neurologists and clinics, while managing a territory budget and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with strong communication skills.
• 3+ years of selling pharma/biotech/medical devices or 2+ years at Takeda; demonstrated ability to navigate complex selling environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence multiple decision makers.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning to identify and execute selling opportunities.
• Demonstrated territory planning, strategic account management and prioritization; ability to interpret data for sales strategy.
• Collaborative skills to work with cross-functional partners on behalf of customers.
• Understanding of payer access and reimbursement at territory, regional, and state levels.
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
• Demonstrated learning agility to apply clinical expertise with selling skills.
• Must reside within or near the assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and territory growth through effective execution of sales strategies.
• Educate HCPs on disease state, product details, orexin system and narcolepsy type 1.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Leader and cross-functional teams to ensure access for patients.
• Build relationships with sleep specialists, neurologists and related clinics to drive demand.
• Analyze local, regional, and national trends to tailor strategies and opportunities.
• Document account profiles and post-call activities using CRM systems.
• Manage territory budget in line with Takeda compliance policies.
• Partner with Patient Access, Market Access and Marketing to align on tactics.
• Adhere to Takeda ethical standards and guidance in all customer interactions.
