Takeda is seeking a Rare Disease Business Manager (RDBM) to drive sales and territory growth in narcolepsy type 1. You will educate healthcare professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure patient access to a new therapeutic option after regulatory approval.

Reporting to a Regional Business Leader, you will execute brand strategies, manage a territory budget, and build relationships with key HCPs to generate demand post-launch while adhering to Takeda compliance policies.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device and/or relevant clinical or industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to navigate complex selling environment and influence across various decision makers.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and territory growth by executing approved plans and strategies.
• Build relationships with HCPs, sleep specialists, neurologists, pulmonologists and clinic staff.
• Educate healthcare professionals with clinical information and product knowledge post-approval.
• Collaborate with Patient Access, Market Access and Marketing teams to align on tactics and outcomes.
