Job summary

ETONIEN is seeking an interim Ramp Implementation & ERP Integration Consultant to quickly drive Ramp Bill Pay implementation, AP automation, and ERP integration for a finance-led transformation. The role is remote in the US and centered on rapid go-live within a 3+ month window, with independent execution across Finance and IT to resolve dependencies and deliver sustainable processes.

Responsibilities include overseeing API/middleware integration, data mapping, vendor management, and payment

Qualifications

Hands-on Ramp Bill Pay implementation experience.
AP automation and finance operations knowledge.
ERP integration experience between Ramp and ERP/back-office systems.
AP processes, vendor management, GL coding, and payment workflows.
Experience with APIs, middleware, or batch integration methods.
Experience with PDI or Epicor CMS is relevant but not required.

Responsibilities

Implement Ramp Bill Pay, including invoice intake, approvals, vendor management, and payments.
Design and deliver Ramp-ERP integration for the client’s back-office system.
Map and validate vendor, invoice, GL coding, and payment data across systems.
Choose and implement integration methods (APIs, middleware, batch sync).
Lead integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and support go-live and stabilization.
Collaborate with Finance and IT to resolve dependencies and sustain processes.
