Job summary

ETONIEN is seeking an interim Ramp Implementation & ERP Integration Consultant to drive hands-on Ramp Bill Pay deployment and AP automation for a US-based client. This contract role requires independent delivery, API-driven integrations, and collaboration with Finance and IT to meet a firm January go-live.

The ideal candidate brings practical Ramp experience, ERP integration know-how, and comfort with multi-entity and multi-currency contexts.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience implementing Ramp Bill Pay and AP automation.
Experience integrating ERP systems with finance, accounting, or spend-management platforms.
Knowledge of APIs, middleware, data mapping, and system integrations.
Strong understanding of AP processes, vendor management, GL coding, and payment workflows.
Experience with PDI or Epicor CMS is highly relevant; experience with both is not required.

Responsibilities

Implement Ramp Bill Pay, including invoice intake, approval workflows, vendor management, and payment processes.
Design and deliver the integration between Ramp and the client's ERP/back-office system.
Map and validate vendor, invoice, GL coding, entity, and payment data between systems.
Implement appropriate integration methods, including APIs, middleware, or batch synchronization.
Lead integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and support go-live and stabilization.
Partner with Finance leadership and IT to resolve technical dependencies and establish sustainable processes.
