Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in Reliability/Systems Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with RAM analyses for defense/aerospace programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop RAM programs for SATCOM systems from design to sustainment.
• Conduct RAM and MTTR/MTBF analyses and maintenance studies.
• Create RBDs and reliability performance evaluations.
• Perform FMECA and LORA analyses per MIL-STD/MIL-1629A.
• Prepare customer-facing reports and lifecycle documentation.
