Job summary

RainFocus, a leading software company, is seeking an Event Delivery Consultant to guide on best practices for live events, coordinate across teams, and educate clients on RainFocus platform and hardware for successful event delivery.

The role involves onsite attendance at events, collaboration with Hardware/IT & Logistics, and ongoing improvement of event delivery methodologies. This is a hybrid position with opportunities to work from home and from our Lindon, Utah area office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in process improvement and implementations.
• 3+ years in software/hardware implementation preferred.
• Ability to travel to events globally (10-15% travel required; valid passport necessary).
• Experience collaborating on process creation for live event execution.
• Skill in developing and maintaining training materials, as well as onboarding new team members and contractors.
• Strong ability to represent product needs for the Event Delivery team in development meetings.
• A consultative approach in guiding clients and partners toward best practices for event success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand event goals and vision.
• Take ownership of the Event Support Plan and QA checklists.
• Conduct pre-event testing of onsite experiences (hardware/software).
• Attend events onsite to support client needs and delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting client success.
