Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in healthcare IT, radiology or cardiology informatics.
• CAPM, PMP or Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and delivery of complex customer-facing radiology projects, ensuring objectives, deliverables and milestones are met within scope, budget and timeline.
• Drive day-to-day project activities with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Serve as a trusted technical and operational advisor, building relationships with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement project execution plans; coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, operational, and support functions.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, manage risks and change requests, and ensure regulatory compliance while minimizing disruption to customers.
