Philips is seeking a Project Manager for Radiology Product Deployment to lead complex enterprise Vue PACS projects. You will ensure objectives, milestones, and quality meet customer expectations and budget constraints, while guiding technical and operational decisions across teams.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage risks, and drive solution implementation within healthcare workflows, with field deployment and client onboarding responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project or program management in healthcare IT, radiology or cardiology informatics.
  • 2+ years leading healthcare projects, preferably with Vue PACS.
  • Proven track record delivering full lifecycle projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree and preferred certifications CAPM/PMP; Lean Six Sigma beneficial.
  • Knowledge of DICOM, HL7 and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution and delivery of complex customer-facing projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Serve as a trusted technical and operational advisor to customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans across functions.

**Project Manager, Radiology Product Deployment** **The Project Manager, Radiology Product Deployment is responsible for leading the execution of complex enterprise Vue PACS projects to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role provides expert guidance on technical and operational issues, resolving advanced problems to maintain high customer satisfaction, and builds effective relationships with internal and external partners.****Your role:** * **Lead the execution and delivery of complex customer-facing projects**, ensuring all project objectives, deliverables, and milestones are achieved within established scope, budget, timeline, and quality requirements. Drive day-to-day project activities while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and successful business outcomes.* **Serve as a trusted technical and operational advisor to customers and stakeholders**, providing subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Build strong customer relationships, facilitate strategic discussions, resolve complex issues, manage expectations, and ensure solutions align with customer goals, technical requirements, and business needs.* **Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans**, coordinating cross-functional resources across technical, operational, and support teams. Monitor project progress, track key performance metrics, manage dependencies, and ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve project milestones and optimize delivery performance.* **Evaluate and manage project risks, issues, and change requests**, leveraging data-driven insights and independent judgment to make informed decisions on matters of significance. Partner with project leadership to develop mitigation strategies, maintain compliance with technical and regulatory requirements, and ensure project success while minimizing disruption to customers and operations.* **Drive collaboration, continuous improvement, and successful solution implementation**, supporting presales activities, technical integration, system deployments, and customer onboarding efforts. Facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders, conduct post-project reviews, analyze customer feedback and project performance data, and implement best practices to enhance future project delivery, customer value, and organizational effectiveness.**You're the right fit if:** • 5+ years of specific project or program management experience healthcare information technology, radiology or cardiology informatics.• 2+ years of experience leading projects within the Healthcare space, preferably with the Vue PACS product. • Proven track record of delivering successful projects across the full project lifecycle, with demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with customers and vendors, applying strong process improvement and problem-solving skills, and effectively communicating and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership. • Bachelor's degree in areas such as Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent. CAPM, PMP, Green/Black Belt Certification is preferred. • Knowledge of the following: DICOM, HL7 and Clinical workflows.•You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.**How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
