Job summary

Philips is seeking a Senior Cloud Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer-facing projects in a remote-based role. You will develop project plans, manage scope, budget, timeline and quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience (or 5+ with a Master's), cloud product and PACS experience, and willingness to travel up to 25% nationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Bachelor's degree OR Minimum 5 years of experience with Master's degree in areas such as Project Management, Customer Service or equivalent.
• PMP strongly preferred.
• Cloud product experience required. PACS experience required.
• Regulatory compliance, change management, data analysis and interpretation, stakeholder management, KPI management, and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex customer-facing projects.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with resources, scheduling and budgets.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and develop project teams to high performance.
• Partner with technical, clinical and operational teams to ensure delivery meets regulatory and operational requirements.
