Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with a Master's degree in areas such as Project Management, Customer Service or equivalent.
• Cloud product experience required.
• PACS experience required.
• Regulatory compliance, change management, data analysis and interpretation, stakeholder management, strategic planning, KPI management, budget management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
• PMP strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex customer-facing projects, from planning to delivery.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with resources, budget, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as primary liaison to customers and stakeholders with proactive communication.
• Coach and manage high-performing project teams and align cross-functional groups.
• Collaborate with technical, clinical, and operational teams to ensure compliant, on-time delivery.
