Real Radiology is seeking an Operations Queue Analyst to streamline the flow of radiology studies through PACS, assign studies to Radiologists, and ensure timely reporting. This is a full-time remote position with a Thu-Mon 12:00pm-8:30pm CST schedule.

Qualifications

Graduate from an ARRT accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
Registered Radiology Technologist (R(RT)).
2+ years of Customer Support.
2+ years of telephone-based customer support.

Responsibilities

Monitor all incoming volume and radiologist schedules to efficiently manage all radiology studies.
Ensures turnaround times are met according to the client’s contractual times.
Document all communication and action taken on individual studies.
Provide ongoing, timely communication between Radiologists, operations, and all sites to ensure study completeness.
Maintain open communication with the Radiologists, Operations staff, and management.
Additional project-based responsibilities.
