• Graduate from an ARRT accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered Radiology Technologist (R(RT)).
• 2+ years of Customer Support.
• 2+ years of telephone-based customer support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all incoming volume and radiologist schedules to efficiently manage all radiology studies.
• Ensures turnaround times are met according to the client’s contractual times.
• Document all communication and action taken on individual studies.
• Provide ongoing, timely communication between Radiologists, operations, and all sites to ensure study completeness.
• Maintain open communication with the Radiologists, Operations staff, and management.
• Additional project-based responsibilities.

The Role

The Operations Queue Analyst facilitates the flow of Radiology studies through the PACS system, ensuring the studies are assigned to the Radiologists and reported in a timely manner. This is a full time, remote position with a schedule of Thursday-Monday 12:00pm-8:30pm CST.
