Job summary

Real Radiology is seeking an Operations Queue Analyst to manage the flow of radiology studies through the PACS system and ensure timely assignment to radiologists. This full-time remote role follows a Thursday–Monday 12:00pm–8:30pm CST schedule.

The role requires ARRT accreditation, an R(RT) registration, and 2+ years of customer support—plus strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARRT accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered Radiology Technologist (R(RT)).
• 2+ years of Customer Support.
• 2+ years of telephone-based customer support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming volume and radiologist schedules to manage radiology studies.
• Ensure turnaround times are met per client contracts.
• Document all communication and actions taken on each study.
• Provide timely communication between Radiologists, operations, and sites.
• Maintain open communication with Radiologists, Operations staff and management.
