Qualifications

• Requires CPC (in active status) with experience in radiology coding.
• CPC-A accepted only if candidate has at least 6 months radiology coding experience.
• Remote coding role with flexibility and support resources.

Responsibilities

• Code data from medical records using ICD-CM and CPT for accurate APC assignment.
• Abstract clinical diagnoses and procedures into EMR with complete documentation.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and coding guidelines; perform QA on records.
